I am really happy with the support which MAD gives me because my family didn’t have enough money to pay for my school fees. Before MAD, I did not know that there were colleges in this world because my family was poor. Since I joined MAD, I have changed a lot, especially from a bad to a good student in MAD. I am excited to go to college because I will make my goal great and have a future. When thinking of college, I don’t think it is a place of jokes and funny because I have heard many people who have been to college saying that college is not an easily place. I am scared a lot for my future because no one will help you, you have to go to work, and have time to eat. But I am also excited because you will have to do a lot of hard works.

I am going to school because I want to sharing my goal with everyone and know different people in this world. I would tell the younger students who have not been to college to work hard and college is not a place of resting. My favorite classes are Biology, Chemistry, Physics, and Mathematics. My hardest class was physic.

Hi everyone!!!

Some things I’m good at include playing football, running(athletics), playing basketball, and arts (drawing).  My favorite sport is playing football (American soccer). I like playing football because it makes my body strong and capable. Also football it is the most popular game played in the world which many countries play. At school, I have a lot of friends. Such friends include Denis, Ally, Musa, Fadhili, Shabani, Charles, Severin, and others. I like Musa the most because he is kind, helpful and polite.

My future dream is to be an engineer. I like this goal because it is the best dream I have ever dreamed of. Also, engineers create new things something which I like doing. I like this because in Tanzania we have a few engineers.

Thank you 🙂

Hi everyone!

I am now attending Royal Secondary School as a boarding student. My school is for both girls and boys. It is my eighth grade now and I am working harder than the other terms in school.  I am now number five out of nineteen students in our class of 78 students. I am doing well in most of my classes now. My favorite subjects are Physics, Chemistry and Maths.  I really enjoy attending them. I love spending time in the laboratory doing experiments! The total number of the subjects I take is 9.

Right now I am on holiday. We closed the school on the 3rd of April. I am just beginning the one-month long holiday and I am enjoying it. The school will be open on the 4th of May. I miss my friends already.

On the 9th of April, I celebrated my birthday. It was awesome. I rode bicycles with my friends at the orphanage in Himo. I am now waiting for the big Easter holiday to come along. We will have fun obviously. I am now in the MAD guest house in Moshi Town. We painted the house yesterday and we are expecting to go out for swimming in the afternoon. Only if it  stops raining though.

My name is Innocent.  I’m in class seven at Royal Primary School in Himo. My favorite subjects are Maths and Science because I want to be an Engineer. When I have nothing to do I like reading and reviewing my class notes because I want to go to good secondary school and university later.

I was born  in Rombo district in Kilimanjaro. I have three brothers and four sisters. I spend my holiday in December with my relatives in my village.

Something I want to do is climb Mt. Kilimanjaro. When I grow up I would like to give others education as a gift. My favorite experience was touring the National Park. When I went for Safari I saw Giraffe (I love Giraffe), Elephant, Zebra, Monkey, etc
