I am now back home from school (where we have just had a new library and a technology center built). I already miss the school environment that is always characterized with many students. We had these end-of-term exams before the school closed and I managed to be number 5 out of 20 students.
School reopens on 4th of January. I am now with my friends from the orphanage updating our Blogs and having fun. We just went to Revo’s school yesterday where we got to see and spend time with some of his friends. We played football and basketball, did some swimming and watched videos together. It was really fun!
I will go for a home visit this next Sunday. This is where I get to see my relatives and spend time with them. We will celebrate Christmas and the New Year together.
Love you all!
Now I am just preparing for going back to school on Sunday 31st, I have stayed home for four weeks now and I really miss school and my friends. Mama Theresa, Frank and Grace have just finished shopping with us for our school supplies. Now we are Himo and we are saying goodbye to our brother Erasmus, who will soon be going for his studies in Scotland. On the 28th we went to the water falls called Ndoro, we went there with mama Theresa, Frank and Grace, it was really amazing. We swam but the water was so cold and we learned about ALS challenge which involved spilling water over our bodies!!. Over the holiday we have been working with tutor, Mr. Matunda who has been helping us with the classes we need help with the most.
I wish you all people good luck and I love you all.

Hello, I am on holiday and at the MAD house now. Yesterday was my birthday and I am happy because we went to Deli Chez for ice cream. I am in boarding school now at Royal for my secondary studies. I usually wake up and take a bath, put on my school uniform, and have porridge for breakfast. After that we go to class. Mama Theresa is helping our school with a library and technology center now. At our school we had a match with another school. We beat the school at netball (basketball) 29-11 and at football (soccer) 3-1. Now is just my first week of holiday. We will be going back to school on May 4th and it will be our second term. At our school we had some mid-terminal exams and I did my best to become 7th out of 19 pupils. Today I went swimming with Mama Theresa, Courtney, Joseph and Upendo.
I want to thank you for reading my blog! Love you all. Amen.

Christina is bound to be a business woman! She always knows how to make a deal. We did the jewelry program recently. Someone made a necklace that was more of a choker. It didn’t really work out. Christina said we should price it at just $2. As a volunteer was playing around with the necklace, they ended up turning it into a bracelet by wrapping it around their wrist twice – and it worked!!! It looked great. Christina took one look at the rearranged piece of jewelry and immediately saw the increased value. She shouted, “Not $2, $5!!!”
